Hello Barbara. Thank you for leaving a Comment. You’re not the only one who didn’t think about taking Bach Flowers to deal with the heat. But they do help us with our emotions – and the heat does bring on some harsh emotions!
I didn’t realise that Chicago is as changeable as that. Gosh it must be difficult to ‘dress appropriately’ when you don’t know about the changes!

The more I read your explanation, the more sense it made. I too can get better irritable in the heat. In Chicago (US), it’s beautiful one day and the next we’re suffocating. It’s those days I can’t deal with . As usual, thank you so much for your insight.

I agree. The heat is bad enough b.ut the humidity is a really ‘killer’. I can’t cope with the humitied. I wouldn’t have thought that Chicago would be humid!

In Chicago the humidity can get insufferable and makes me really irritable! How wonderful to know there is gentle relief with the flower remedies.
