<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As the vibrant days of summer give way to the cooler, often more &nbsp;introspective months of autumn, many people experience changes not only in their environment but also in their mood and energy levels. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bach Flower Remedies, a gentle and natural system developed by Edward Bach in the 1930s, offers a holistic approach to managing emotional well-being during this seasonal shift.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">One of the key benefits of Bach Flower Remedies in autumn is their ability to support you through your emotional ups and downs, as we put the clocks back and our daylight hours decrease and routines change. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For some, the shorter days and longer nights can lead to feelings of sadness, lethargy, or even mild depression, commonly known as the “autumn blues”. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Remedies such as <strong>Mustard</strong> can be particularly helpful for those experiencing unexplained gloom, while <strong>Walnut</strong> is often used to assist with adapting to change, making it ideal for those struggling with the chilly and damp weather of Autumn (<em>Autumn is often ‘flu weather!)</em></p>

<div style="height:39px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter size-full"><a href="https://thebachflowerschool.com/free-bach-flower-remedy-handy-guides/"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" width="490" height="353" src="https://thebachflowerschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/FREE-bach-guides-blog-advert-graphic.png" alt="" class="wp-image-9501" srcset="https://thebachflowerschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/FREE-bach-guides-blog-advert-graphic.png 490w, https://thebachflowerschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/FREE-bach-guides-blog-advert-graphic-300x216.png 300w" sizes="(max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px" /></a></figure>
</div>

<div style="height:40px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><span style="color: #800080;">Autumn Bach Remedies</span></strong></h2>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#800080" class="has-inline-color">Star of Bethlehem</mark></strong></td><td>This is the remedy for sadness and for shock and trauma.</td></tr><tr><td><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#800080" class="has-inline-color">Walnut</mark></strong></td><td>If you’re oversensitive to what’s happening outside of you, then Walnut will help you deal with the change of weather.</td></tr><tr><td><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#800080" class="has-inline-color">Mustard</mark></strong></td><td>If you have feelings of mild, or deep depression that comes on suddenly, and descend on you like a black cloud, Mustard will help.</td></tr><tr><td><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#800080" class="has-inline-color">Wild Rose</mark></strong></td><td>Helps if you’re apathetic and resigned to your situation in life, and you don’t try to change anything.</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<div style="height:40px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Autumn can also bring about increased stress and anxiety as the pace of life picks up after the summer holidays, with work, school, and family commitments intensifying. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>So again Bach Flower Remedies can come to the rescue!</em></p>

<div style="height:40px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><span style="color: #800080;">Autumn Bach Remedies for Stress and Anxiety</span></strong></h2>

<div style="height:40px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">There is a Bach Flower Remedy for every negative emotion you have, I’ve just given you a few suggestions to help you.&nbsp; </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">These remedies are a safe, non-addictive way to nurture emotional strengths, bring peace of mind during autumn enabling individuals to embrace the season’s changes with greater ease and well-being.</p>

<div style="height:40px" aria-hidden="true" class="wp-block-spacer"></div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong><span style="color: #800080;">Over to you</span></strong></h2>
