All the one-to-one sessions are with me Rose, the founder and principle of the Bach Flower School.
Consultations are if you need me to help you choose individual personalised Bach Flower Remedies for you to help with your current difficult situation in life.
During the consultation we’ll talk about what’s troubling you and how you feel about the situations in your life.
We’ll take the time to discuss how you’re coping with your feelings and gently see if we can get to the bottom of your emotions so the right remedies can begin to heal the cause of your unhappiness.
We’ll have a discussion about which remedy, or combination of remedies, will help for your specific situation.
During the consultation, I'll prescribe your own individual personalised Bach Flower Remedies with specific instructions on how they should be taken.
Many of my clients tell me that they leave a consultation feeling as if something has just been 'released'.
They leave happier and full of hope for improvement. Taking the remedies brings the improvements in mood and also brings you closer to your desired outcome discussed in the consultation.
You choose how many sesssions, you can just have one single session or as many as you would like.
Each consultation session is up to one hour.

Because the days whizz by! ..and I’m very busy running the Bach Flower School, I only have a limited time available for Consultations sessions.
So I have to limit my availability to accommodate just 2 x client sessions per week
Sessions do book up quickly, so if all the available session places are sold out for the month, then all you need to do is join the waiting list and I’ll contact you once a slot become available.
